Please read these terms carefully before using CopyWave. By creating an account you agree to the terms below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CopyWave Technologies Ltd. ("CopyWave", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the CopyWave website, dashboard, and copy-trading services (together, the "Service"). By registering for an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading and copy-trading services in your country of residence. You are responsible for confirming that using CopyWave does not violate any law or regulation that applies to you.
CopyWave lets you connect your broker account through the CopyWave Terminal, using a read-only access key, to one or more verified strategy providers ("traders"). When a trader opens or closes a position, a proportional position may be mirrored on your connected account, based on the allocation and risk settings you choose. CopyWave does not place trades on your behalf outside of this mirroring function, and does not take custody of your funds at any time.
CopyWave is a technology platform, not a broker, investment adviser, or asset manager. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Trader performance statistics reflect historical results only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
Trading leveraged products such as forex, CFDs, crypto, and indices carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Copy trading amplifies, rather than removes, this risk, because your account will replicate a trader's losing positions as well as their winning ones. You should only allocate capital you can afford to lose, and should independently evaluate each trader before copying them.
Your trading capital remains at all times in your own account with your chosen third-party broker. CopyWave only requests a read-only access key for that account, designed specifically so that it cannot withdraw, transfer, or deposit funds. You are solely responsible for your relationship with your broker, including its fees, execution quality, and margin requirements.
CopyWave is free to use. We do not charge a performance fee, subscription, deposit fee, or withdrawal fee of any kind. Blockchain network fees on crypto transactions are set by the network itself, not by CopyWave. If you find CopyWave useful, you may optionally support development with a donation from our Donate page; donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and never unlock additional features or limits.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in supported cryptocurrencies as described on the Service. Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 24 hours. We may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if required by a regulator or payment partner. You may close your account at any time from Settings, subject to any open positions being resolved first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyWave is not liable for trading losses, broker outages, internet or connectivity failures, or delays outside our reasonable control. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and, where required, via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@trycopywave.com or via our Contact page.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, and country during registration; identity documents submitted for verification; and terminal connection details (server, login, and read-only access key) needed to operate the copy-trading Service. We also collect usage data such as device type, IP address, and pages visited, to keep the Service secure and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), with your broker to the extent needed to establish the terminal connection you request, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
Read-only access keys and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel and logged. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@trycopywave.com.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your interface preferences (such as light or dark theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notification.
